Delete your Kaakha account

You can delete your account and all its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Kaakha and tap Profile (top right).
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password to confirm.

Your account is deleted at once, and you're signed out on every device. This can't be undone.

What is deleted

• Your account (email and password).
• Your settings, and every homework session: photos, voice recordings, text, translations and audio.

Backup copies of our database are kept for 14 days, so deleted data can remain in a backup for up to 14 days before it's gone for good. Reminders and your colour theme live only on your phone: uninstalling the app removes them.

Can't open the app?

Write to contact email from the email address of your account, and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm when it's done.
